Machine learning in music applications

In this PhD, we will explore the potential of machine learning algorithms in the characterization and parametrization of patterns in voices, harmonies, rhythms and other types of musical characteristics. Applications will be explored in musicidentification, recognition and classification, and this for a large variety of music genres.
