Hassan Pervaiz completed his bachelor’s studies of Electronics in University of Sindh, Jamshoro, and a Master’s in Energy Systems Engineering from National University of Science & Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. His master’s research was focused on energy harvesting from the electromagnetic field, generated by 11kV lines.
He worked as co-principal investigator of a USAID-funded research project at the US-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy USPCASE. Currently, he is working as Ph.D. student on Wireless Charging for Electric Vehicles by Inductive Power Transfer IPT, and designing and optimization of magnetic components, at Power Electronics Group at KU Leuven/ Energyville.
