Description:

This is a European project with 16 partners. The project comprises theoretical investigations on quantum information processing in distributed quantum systems. There are three focus groups. Group 1 deals with the mathematical characterization of entanglement and correlations in distributed quantum systems. Group 2 deals with the methods to manipulate entanglement and correlations in distributed quantum systems. Group 3 deals with novel architectures and algorithms which exploit entanglement and correlations in distributed quantum systems.
