Hello good people! I am a PhD student at University of Leuven working with Mukta Prasad and Luc Van Gool in the areas of Computer Vision, Graphic and Machine Learning. We are focusing on the retrieval and recognition of 3D shapes (especially for cultular heritage applications). I finished my masters at Czech Technical University of Prague. My master thesis (pdf) focused on the location recognition supervised by Tomas Pajdla and effected by the cooperation with Josef Sivic. The thesis took 2nd place in Czech thesis of the year 2009 in Informatics. During my masters, I also spend one summer at KUL, VISICS Group on DIRAC project and at Willow-Team, INRIA, ENS, Paris.
