Sponsorship

To be able to orginize our activities, the Student Branch is looking for sponsors. We like to cooperate with companies to finance a number of activities. It is our intention to make sure sponsorship pays off. You can introduce your company to students so it becomes a well known name.

Sponsor Packages

Logo on T-shirt: All members of the student branch receive a T-shirt, with an updated design every year. These T-shirts are worn by our active members during all activities.

Seminar: The student branch organizes a seminar at university premises, where the company may present itself and possible job opportunities. A reception for the attendees is served afterwards.

Symposium main sponsor: Yearly a symposium is organized by the student branch in branches of Electric Systems and Micro electronics, (BioMed). At this symposium, main speaker will be an invited speaker of the company.

Logo on activity Posters: All activities of the student branch are announced by posters, facebook, student journal. On these promotions, the logo of the sponsoring company is placed in a clearly visible manner.

Logo on slide of all presentations: During most activities, a short introductory presentation to IEEE and the student branch is given. A slide with the logos of all sponsors is shown.
