On Tuesday October 23, 2001 our opening activity took place. It was a relaxed evening with a FREE drink and a movie. The first movie was ‘Iedereen Beroemd’ by Dominique Deruddere wich was nominated for an Oscar award. This light movie was an ideal starter for the evening. After a drink and stretching the legs, the second movie of the night was shown: ‘Twelve Monkeys’. This small masterpiece of Terry Gilliam (USA) reqiured a little more of our gray cells, but the drink afterwards helped to recover. At 1h30 the last guests left and the rebirth of the IEEE Student Branch Leuven was a fact. Beneath, you can view the poster.
