in which they will introduce themselves and give a presentation on one of their activities.
The seminar starts at 20h00 in auditorium A on ESAT. Afterwards there is a
reception where the discussions can continue and where you can
Easics N.V. designs chips for intelligent applications. These are both ASIC's as large FPGA's (like Virtex-4), with advanced architectures (some of them patented) for applications in wireless, telecom, industrial control (image processing) and consumer electronics.
Easics aims specifically at all electrical engineers. For the senior year students: Easics is looking to fill some vacancies for engineers with an interest in digital chip desingn and embedded software!
Program
- General introduction to Easics
- ASIC and FPGA design for intelligent systems (Hardware/Software trade-off's, multi-processor architectures)
