Wine tasting

Together with IEEE Student Branch Leuven you can get to know a large assortment of wines for 5 weeks. We will take you on a trip around the globe where the best wines will be presented.

This winecourse will be held on Tuesday Februari 22, March 1, March 8, March 15 and March 22. Classes are from 19h45 till 22h30 in room 00.62 and are given by Frank Iwens, chairman of wijngilde ‘de Wijngaardsberg’.

Whine

In the first class an introduction will be given into the art of wine tasting. In the next classes various wineregions from France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece will be the topic. In the last class, some wineregions from South Africa, South America and Australia are discussed. Each evening, 6 to 8 different wines will be tasted.
