Academic use
We have developed two different clients for gene prioritization: a Java based client and a web based client. Please notice that they both give the same results as they only differ at the interface level (they both use the same core). The web interface is simpler and intuitive while the Java interface is more complete and includes some specific options (e.g., adding your own expression data). Endeavour is free for academic use, however please carefully read the terms and conditions (see below) before use. They apply both to our Web server and our Java server. Please do not hesitate to read our help section in case you have questions / problems regarding the tools. If you can not find the answer to your question in that section, please contact us, we will do our best to help you.

| Alternatively, a batch mode is available in order to run Endeavour from the command line. It is Java based and is therefore available for all platforms. If you want to try it, download the necessary Jar files, and read the manual. |
