Chd gene networks

With the CHD - gene association data contained in the wiki, we could build networks. In the following, we will present two kinds of networks : gene-gene network and chd-chd networks.

[edit] Gene - gene networks
Two genes are connected in these networks if they are implied in the same CHD when altered. The pie charts display the frequencies of the observed phenotypes. The edge width is proportional to the number of shared CHD.

Two heart defects are connected in these networks if they are caused in the same gene. The pie charts display the frequencies.
