Prioritization: Through this page, you can prioritize a set of candidate genes using Endeavour.
In the basic setting, you can load genes by HUGO or Ensembl gene identifier or by chromosomal region
(see tool tips for more information) and prioritize them w.r.t. a molecular process of choice (drop-down menu).
By clicking on Advanced Options, you can further specify a set of known genes against which to prioritize
and select the data sources that are used for prioritization. You start prioritization with Launch Prioritization
and obtain the results of the prioritization in a second window. The sprint plot
provides a visual representation of how each candidate ranks globally and per data source individually.
Top ranking genes are given a color to track them more easily. Results can be exported in XML.
Prioritization results can be visualized in the Gene network applet (see Gene network page).
