• Click on "Join or leave the list (or change settings)"
  
• Fill out your email adress and FULL name
• Select the settings you want
• Click on "Join CHDWIKI"
• Click on the link in the confirmation email

or

Send a mail to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CC.KULEUVEN.AC.BE and, in the text of your message (not the subject line), write: SUBSCRIBE CHDWIKI <YOU NAME>

eg: SUBSCRIBE CHDWIKI MAARTEN TRUYENS
