CHD:Gene Network

 IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MAC USERS: If the Gene Network Applet does not load (e.g., you see a large empty box with a cross 
or with the Java cup symbol), you need to set your Java version to Java 5. 
In Finder, go to Applications -> Utilities -> Java -> Java Preferences. In the top box (Java Applet Runtime Settings) of Java 
Preferences, select J2SE 5.0. In the middle box (Java Applications Runtime Settings), drag J2SE 5.0. We apologize for the inconvenience,
but this is the result of a major limitation of Java under Mac that is beyond our control.

On this page, you can navigate several gene/protein networks. You can select a network in the top menu of the applet
and provide the identifier (Hugo, Ensembl) of a gene and start browsing the network.
In the bottom menu, you can request a subset of the genes described in the Wiki to seed the network.
